At Steelcity Medical, we’re working as a team to serve you better. We’ll be seeing you online or in person at the big blue building.
If you are experiencing severe difficulty breathing (for example, struggling for each breath, speaking in single words), severe chest pain, having a very hard time waking up, feeling confused, or have lost consciousness, call 911. If you are experiencing a fever, cough, difficulty breathing, and/or suspect having COVID-19 please do not come to our office. Instead, we recommend calling TeleHealth Ontario open 24/7 at 1-866-797-0000 or going to a COVID-19 Assessment Centre for testing. If you have no respiratory symptoms but have traveled outside of Canada or have potentially been in contact with a person exposed to the coronavirus, please self isolate at home for 14 days before coming to our clinic. Please note that in-person visits will be restricted to urgent non-respiratory conditions and that you will be screened by staff prior to the appointment being made. Telephone consultations in lieu of in-person appointments are being made to continue caring for our patients while promoting everyone’s safety.
For urgent care on a Saturday, we’re available for same-day appointments. Patients must call the Saturday Clinic phone number on Saturday to arrange your appointment: 289-639-5548.
Saturday clinic hours are 10:00am – 12 noon.
